This is the best pub for miles around. The Landlord goes above and beyond to make this place a pleasant , welcoming environment. The staff are so friendly and the drinks are varied and very reasonably priced with lots of specialised ales …
No real ales, very much a let down, if looking for a good guest ale!!! Better going to ( merry old england) for great bank top ales!!! Fabulous, best pub in Clayton.
Great pub. Good selection of beers and friendly atmosphere. There's a quiz night, music night and Barry the landlord and his staff make people feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Great selection of cask ales well kept cold lagers ciders. Friendly staff clean toilets and bar areas. Great place to meet and greet also has function room facilities with live music regular and events
Manager Barry is so lovely. Knows his stuff on Real Ales and regularly has beer festivals. Also the Gin Nights are very popular. Large garden out the back and smoke shelter. There is also a function room. Great place to drink and socialise
Great pub. Different selection of real ale every week. Usually have a few events like bands and gins nights. The gin nights are great and the drinks are very reasonably priced
