Beautiful location in stunning surroundings. Village has all amenities for necessities. Remote, so a distance from main supermarkets but Fort William has all needed. Excellent for walking and cycling. Host lovely and great restaurant.

We went for an evening meal as a treat to ourselves. Excellent food, service and ambiance. The location is stunning. We shall return.

The ratings are all genuine. The menu made it difficult to choose.. all local, fresh and cooked to perfection. There was no better way to end a fantastic week exploring the peninsula then dinner here and the excellent welcome and service from all.

There appears to be a single lady serving all the tables but despite this the meal was well served, the food excellent and the menu options explained as they are almost all daily specials. We had the seafood starter and it was exceptional, would recommend it to anyone, smoked mussels were the highlight, together with lobster, scallops, smoked salmon, rollmop herring and salad. The venison was cooked to create a dark tasty gravy served with fresh vegetables. Crannachan and rhubarb crumble for desserts. Warm and welcoming place with parking round the back of the building.

A real treat and a welcome rest after a very long journey. Breathtaking views and so homely. The food was absolutely sublime at both dinner (with lovely wines) and breakfast, and we were made to feel so welcome, Thank you Jill

Great place to stay in stunning location.
Food was excellent, our hosts were friendly and full of info about local area.
This only enhanced our first visit to Scotland. Only one regret I had not visited Scotland sooner.

Lovely and warm place to come for a fantastic meal. Very welcoming and the food is great. We come for dinner to the lodge every time we visit this area of Scotland. We are never disappointed.
