A really good place to hang out with people and friends! Really kind staff and service good quality food and drinks! A nice atmosphere but I like to stay inside because it’s just like home, so it is a wonderful place 😄
The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, the staff are very helpful, and the coffee is amazing! I was a customer at another cafe in town that was not as good as this one.
The staff was nice and friendly. The toilet was neglected. No toilet paper and the soap dispenser was broken. It's unacceptable nowadays to wash hands with water only. Good side is spacious indoors and outdoors seating are available. Generally can recommend
Very friendly service and good coffee
Very pleasant Costa with nice staff and plenty of seating. Never too busy. The only reason for not giving it 5-stars is that it's nothing very special (like the very nice Costa in South Ealing) just a standard but nice-enough Costa. Still the best place for a coffee on West Ealing Broadway.
Is all good except that every single day the same group of men sit outside all day until closing, not once in over a year have I been able to sit outside and enjoy my coffee and smoke, yes I know smoking is bad for you etc etc was once a rare chair going outside last year, I sat and was made to feel uncomfortable. Please make them move if finished, as seems only one in the group has coffee ALWAYS. Hope you will do something about this.
It's a busy site and a reasonable Costa spot. There are some charge points around walls if you need to work. Toilets are code access and kept in reasonable condition by staff. Family and work friendly.
Staff are friendly, patient and caring! Well done Costa in Acton high street!! Only too many mum's with little children running and crying. I couldn't really relax... So maybe a children Costa with a playing area???
Typical Costa coffee. There is a good bit of parking along the street but no local EV charging stations
Great food and coffee, clean and spacious shop. The very friendly young lad collecting the trays this afternoon brightened up our day with excellent service.
Good coffee as you would expect from Costa although sometimes it's a struggle to find seating as it's practically busy all day
