I especially bought your signature coffee. OK, we understand that you have terrible coffee in these kinds of chain coffee shops, but also, your toilets are very dirty. They are literally the perfect place to catch a disease. I don't share photos here. Because I don't want to make anyone sick.
A busy Costa outlet on Acton High Street, with a spacious seating area. I thought a little more effort could have been put into the presentation of my coffee and toasted sandwich, as the coffee cup was not full and the toasted sandwich was only toasted on one side.
Last Sunday ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for take out. Was awful. Not even toasted from the bottom size and very hard from the another side. Definitely not coming back!
Lovely staff with top-notch service who also know how to make a great coffee. Our favourite local cafe for sure!
