Got an apple danish that was a bit soft, and a cappucino that was decent, but all for £2.50. A fairly average greggs.

I occasionally go to Greggs as I like the sandwiches and filled baguettes available, but if course it is difficult to resist their famous sausage rolls. I was late and it was nearly closing time and the assistant offered me a free doughnut as they would have been thrown away. Very nice!

Very friendly staff especially the morning shift. The lady has made the effort to know me and knows what to prepare for me as soon as I go in. The only negative is that sometimes there can be a bit of a queue because she is on her own. My recommendation would be that that second lady that is usually in preparation should come in front for additional help during peak times!

Never got fresh cream cakes doesn’t matter if you go in early always empty was told they are not available yet Shepherd’s Bush is always full, Shame as colleagues are great!

5 star just for the vegan steak bake 😅 also it's great my kids can have it too as they have lots of allergies. The staff member was kind enough to go through the ingredients chart.
