Golden Boy

Such an amazing experience! It’s been a few years since I had been to Golden Boy with Covid and all so was excited with last night’s experience! We had the ‘eat me’ menu: was with a vegan friend so had the vegan version and it was outstanding! Lots of amazing subtle flavours, excellent service and a great vibe! Just loved it!

Does not disapoint!! Exceptional service from all the staff and chefs. The food was sensational with ridiculous flavour and variety. We did the feed me menu with fish and meat and spice. The level of spice was pretty full on (our own fault as we did not expect it to be as spicy). Really enjoyed the food and will be back soon.

Amazing restaurant- absolutely love this place. We’ve been here previously and also had such an amazing experience. The Tuk-Tuk “feed me” menu is exceptional value, and the food is all superb. The atmosphere is really lively and buzzing, both inside and outside. My preference is inside, in the main/ original restaurant section. Service was charming & relaxed, and didn’t miss a beat from start to finish. Good wine list and cocktail list. With the food, the staff will work with your likes/ preferences, and happy to include any of your must-have dishes. The food just kept coming, and every single dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The standout dishes were the pork shoulder pancakes, kampot pepper fried chicken, Sichuan beef & rolled noodle. Oh and don’t miss the pork belly with apple slaw. Dessert was incredible too, both the Pandan roti and the banana fritter were sensational! The restaurant is in a great location too, surrounded by many lively bars and restaurants - it’s a great night out location. Definitely book well in advance to secure a table on a Friday/ Saturday night. Highly recommended!

Can't fault this dining experience! From the service to the food, everything was gold class. We had such a friendly waiter who was super friendly, ensuring that our party was full (and I mean really full) right until the end. The feed me menu is definitely fantastic value. Each dish is amazing and bursting with flavour. One of the best restaurants in Adelaide!

Can’t wait till the dessert comes out before giving review! Everything was perfect tonight! Went many places that do set menus but this is very good valued. See how many we’ve received for 2! My boyfriend eats so much in general but we couldn’t finish the last main. We had almost half of what’s on the menu. Very good vibes and really nice staff as well. Our waiter took really good care of us and tried to look after us all the time. Not typical Thai but more a fusion Asian restaurant with a bit of western. Food came out in a very good and reasonable pace, we had a little time to rest before another round of food was sent out. Definitely good to try!
