Walked in on a Friday afternoon before a busy dinner service. Was greeted by a man who recommended some wines for me and said i can sit any where. So nice to see staff with warm customer service and common sense. Would love to come back and try dinner 😀

The food is nice and My feeling is 8/10. Like this place. It’s nice to stay with friends. The waiter are good. Unfortunately, when I was leaving I said thanks to these guys, but they didn’t give me any response. I felt a little bit embarrassed.

Had a memorable meal with a large group of friends last weekend. We were looked after perfectly by the crew at Cos. Food, drinks and service were just fantastic. Thanks for a great night.

Okay service, knowing 2 waiting staff for the whole restaurant.
Mediocre food quality.
This is my fourth time going to this restaurant. And, for the very last time. Friends and I ordered all 3 medium rare steaks on the menu. Steaks were so over cooked that left the plate dry. We reckon the steaks were at least medium to boarderline well done. Steaks were cut before serving for sharing. It was no way the chef didn’t know the steak was over cooked.
Inconsistency kills restaurants.

First dinner at Cos and we had high expectations as the reviews were so good. Multiple items not available so we only had a main and drinks. We both had the Pork main which we agreed was lovely as were the polenta chips. Peas were undercooked so we could not eat them. Service was good. They did not charge for one drink to compensate for the shortcomings. Not a great experience but it may just have been an off night.

Terrible dining experience. On arrival, it took almost 10 minutes to be served, and the place was not overly busy. The wait staff were rude on arrival, a theme which continued throughout. Our orders were not done properly - both an entree and 2 sides were missing!! And when questioned, our waiter made no attempt to rectify the issue. The steak was overcooked and under weight. The chicken was dry and tasteless!! Waiters took glasses away which were still partially full!! One of the worst experiences!

16/2/19 Just too start the waitress that attended to us was beyond awesome. As for the manager can't say the same. Rude and uninterested. Food was expensive and average. Cold steaks served. I had a bruchetta bread so thin unable to pick it up with minimal topping and soggy from balsamic vinegar.
Think twice before going. Also received a call 3mins after booking time to see where we were, only 1 table with patrons ☹️
