Cafe Troppo

Loved the vibe of the place! Visited them in the morning for breakfast, had a buckwheat cinnamon waffles and a pot of white tea - mind blowing!🔥 The place is dog-friendly, popular amongst local people, very polite and smiley staff, a great spot to start your day. Definitely going back to try their almond croissant! 😋🥐

A totally chilled location with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and our coffee was a 10/10, as too was the sourdough toast with poached egg. Well set up directly across from Whitmore Square with easy access for pedestrians and cyclists 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ Parking was a little trickier. If you find yourself in the neighbourhood, I'd recommend Cafè Troppo 👍🏼

The Cafe has allot going on, sale of condiments, coffees, cakes and meals. Staff are lovely and the atmosphere is lively. The smoothie we had was different but intriguing. One of the two sweets were past there best by date. The waffle was overpriced. Disappointing as they both looked / sounded intriguing.

Service was great, staff at front tried best to accomodate and amend miscommunication with kitchen staff. Stated allergy in one of the dishes and when it came out I noticed the ingredient was still on the dish in the dukkah. Staff were very apologetic. After a long wait the dish finally came out and it was nice and had enough taste - the Dukkah was not even necessary for the dish. Fresh juices were nice. Did not need a booking.

Went here for breakfast during the week. When I went up to order the guy said hi but then didn't take my order which was a little odd. I told him I was ready and he took my order. Coffee and breakfast took a considerable amount of time to get to us a d they apologised saying it was busy. Now, although it wasn't quiet I would hardly say it was busy either so seemed a little odd. Anyway, coffee was nice and I ordered the muesli and fruit which was really nice. If the service was a little better I would have happily given it more stars.
