Overall experience and food was good. Avocado as extra for $5 is bit outrageous! Unfortunately they dont do swap outs on items. My partner wanted to swap the sausage for avocado and the server refused. So I ordered avocado as extra. We got half an avocado for $5!!!! I thought the price list for extras was outrageous, especially fresh items that involve no cooking! Even if I went to the supermarket across the road and bought an avocado while it was out of season it wouldn't cost me $5. I would recommend the cafe consider changing prices for extras

Staff were very busy and we didn't have a booking. They made sure to let us know we weren't forgotten. Once we did order the wait time for food and drinks was surprisingly quick with how busy it was. For vegan food it was good (not a vegan, just dairy free). Next time I'm adding eggs, but nothing I could fault the staff for. Really happy that I finally got to order what I wanted and not just the only df thing on the menu, so many choices. Overall very happy and would go back again 😁

Service is absolutely appalling. If I could give no stars I would. For someone who has worked in customer service and great customer service the last 10+ years I could not believe the front of house staff member who served us today! I came in with a couple of friends and our kids, we were give an eye roll at every question. Even to purchase and make a coffee at 2pm. After still purchasing something to eat and drink the poor service and attitude continued right through. We were given poor attitude towards our children when they weren’t behaving poorly (excited yes) and if they did do something we thought was not appropriate for the environment they were told. Our children were referred to as “that” and we received no thank you have a nice day when leaving. I will never return to this place and I highly advise that if you are a family with children that this is definitely not the place for you. Not accommodating at all. Very disappointing, I hope you can look at your front of house and reconsider who you have as the main person to communicate with customers
