I just wanna say. My kids can do better wrapping than this. It’s either the wrap is not fresh enough or the hands are too soft to work.
Literally ruined the dinner.

Food was good, quality that you would expect from Zambreros. The wait time took a little while (25 minutes) but considering it was a busy night (illuminate adelaide was on) with what looked like 2 people working it it wasn't too bad.

I go here a fair bit and tonight the service was absolutely horrible, very disappointed
No smiles, attitude towards myself and other customers we're rude, I specifically said no jalapeno n they put them on my bowl. Very unsatisfied.

Worst customer service ever, unwelcoming and feel so uncomfortable when I ordered my food with my money! The lady was blunt, rude and very pushy to get me out of the store. This experience has been so uncomfortable for me I would not return as a customer.

Overall terrible customer service and pathetic portion!
Order a power bowl and a power burrito, the burrito is just ok but the power bowl portion is not even like other stores’ regular bowl, there were no consistency at all! Seems like the portion depends on the staffs mood and willingness??? If so it will make sense , the Asian staff who served me was extremely impatient and lack of customer service skills, even have to ask twice to finally get a take away bag.
