It Is Espresso & Kitchen

Convenient location inside Burnside Village. Coffee was luke warm and otherwise unremarkable. Smoked salmon on rye was good. Chicken breast schnitzel roll was terrible; while the bun was ok the chicken was as tough as leather, grey and not nice at all. Not sure how you could make it this bad. Service was reasonably quick given the busyness of the centre. Over $40 for a basic lunch for two at this sort of place is a bit of a stretch. Unlikely to return.

I hear this place is very secretive with how they pay and look after their staff ( lots happening behind the scenes). People talk.....All of the good staff are no longer there,why??? I have been going there for many years and I have never ever had such a pathetic attitude from anyone.The owner has also been very rude recently to me and I am trying to figure out why??? Maybe because things started to come out about their secret agendas and I feel someone should do something about that to report them to ATO. Everything has been changed and their service and coffee is not good anymore. I do not feel comfortable to go back there for these reasons. I will give them 0 star but google would not let me. Besides secrets always come out eventually🤭
