I regularly get my lunch from Roll'd. Staff has always been nice and using Eatclub vouchers I get 20 to 40% off my bill. Baos are incredible, great presentation and flavorful. I haven't tried other menu items so currently I can't comment. I can see that many people have not had an acceptable experience unlike me. I do hope that the management and staff can lift up service level and be consistent.

I've ordered there a couple of times and they've always been out of things. They've been out of beef the last couple of times, are frequently out of pork and often also some types of chicken. I ordered the new rice bowl, but couldn't have that either because they ran out of rice - so I ended up with noodles. 20 mins later - I still didn't have my order because it turned out they ran out of bowls - and one of the cooks had to go to their supply place up the road to get them. Very slow, food not good value for money and overall poor service.

Went there today. Looked empty but soon someone came out to assist. Used the EatClub voucher to get the 40% off. Rice wrapped rolls were left so order and they got packed right away. No problems. Seeing other reviews, owner should look at its quality control and the staff members they hire. Hopefully this will turn it around.

I'm not sure what happened to this location, it used to be at least 3 stars. Change of ownership perhaps? I visited yesterday, waited a ridicolous amount of time for my food while staff just fluffed about. I recieved overcooked prawns and a tasteless salad with burnt steak. Do yourself a favour, if you want Roll'd go to the Marion shopping centre foodcourt. The ladies there are fantastic. Don't waste your time or money at the city cross Roll'd.

I came here today after my favourite place had sold out of banh mis, thought I'd try it. After a while standing at the counter being ignored someone came to see me, and I asked if they still had banh mis. They said yes. I ordered my banh mi and a drink, and proceeded to wait between 10-15 minutes, being ignored by a young girl on her phone and 2 young boys out the back just eating. Approaching the 15 minute mark the young boy who had ignored me when I first arrived threw a roll in the microwave, chucked a few fillings in and handed it over. If I hadn't been late getting back to work at this stage I would have stayed and been able to ask for a refund because what I got was a soggy roll mainly filled with carrot and I'm pretty sure the wrong meat. The banh mi was tiny compared to everywhere else I've had and the meat that was there tasted borderline off. Despite it being so small I threw it in the bin before finishing and hoped that the meat wasn't going to make me sick. Never again.
