Friendly professional staff, clean shop, Chickens a little disapointing, dry and had an unusual taste never had with Charcoal Chickens anywhere else. Take the chance but i will not go back.

The flavour of their chickens are absolutely the very best in town.
I got a chicken that was a little bit on the overcooked side. I called the shop and they promptly replaced it with a fresh chicken. The customer service gets 5 stars. The owners are really friendly and highly professional. I can't recommend this place enough. A must visit stop if you like charcoal chicken. Also try their chips and gravy (they are to die for).
The only suggestion I have is to please buy bigger chickens to classify as large. Wouldn't mind paying a little extra

The best Charcoal Chicken in the town. Very nice staffs, but most importantly, their chicken is amazing. Such a generous portion for a less price. Perfectly seasoned chicken, crispy skin just like I want, tender flesh, and great stuffing that tastes just as amazing. I normally chuck stuffing, but theirs, I just couldn't stop myself eating it. Their coleslaw is always nice and fresh. And very good quality thick cut chips. I could honestly eat here everyday. Can't get such a value for money for this kind of peasant food anywhere else.

I ordered a couple of extras in good faith, expecting it would still be a reasonable price but the owner/manager charged me more than double (>$30 for one meal). To add insult to injury he then gave me a nickname that he proceeded to use loudly and repeatedly. It's a shame because everyone else there seemed really nice
