Amazing food. I haven't personally tried the squids but my companions were very impressed by it. However I had the best Vegetarian/vegan burger I have had and as for the chips/fries they're the best I have tasted anywhere in the country. Generous portions too. Staff are courteous and very helpful.

An absolute gem of a find in the middle of Aldeburgh! Don't be fooled by the understated frontage and decor, it is definitely worth a visit for the delicious, fresh calamari and welcoming, friendly service. I'd highly recommend the Bubble and Squid for any food lovers

We had a delicious meal at Bubble & Squid. The calamari was excellent and my youngest loved his burger. All washed down with a cold Suffolk beer and prosecco. Thank you!

Wow this is great. I’ve been coming to Aldeburgh for years and that takeaway calamari roll that I just ate on the beach is a game changer. Perfectly executed, absolutely delicious.

If you are looking for a nice lunch or supper than l would recomend eating here. I recently had a nice veggie burger here and it was delicious!

So pleased we stumbled across this place. My calamari brioche roll with bacon mayo was totally delicious and my partner, who is a chef, was full of praise for his calamari and chips. Taking off one star as everything was served in takeaway boxes which neither of us enjoy when we’re eating in and seems wasteful. With crockery and cutlery this place would have easily got five stars from us. Despite that we would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We went as a family of four and ended up staying much longer than anticipated due to their excellent food(meat and vegan options sampled) and drinks menu. I would recommend this place to families, couples and anyone seeking a little bit of peace.

Definitely worth a visit. Fantastic pop up. Do not be put off by the shop front which looks nothing special. The calamari are amazing, the burgers are nothing short of stunning, they have even nailed the chips and staff make you feel very welcome. Definitely be back when next in Aldeburgh by popular demand of my teenage boys.😀

A GEM of a find, it’s fantastic to have options outside of greasy Fish & Chips and a 45 minute wait for something different. I really like the fact that the calamari in not deep fried so healthier and that most of the produce is locally sourced in this pop-up takeaway. With a glass of Champagne or Prosecco you feel like you are treating yourself. Finally, the staff are great, super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
