Great pub, great selection of ales, great food. Everything tasted homemade. Highly recommended 👌
Good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Good food and lots of room inside for the colder dark evenings.
what a lovely country pub, came here for a saturday evening away and it hasn't disappointed if at all. Fabulous place, lovely staff, big beer garden for us and our dogs great beer and ale selection, the staff were so kind, we will be back definately 😊
We ate here twice during our brief stay in the area, and both times were very happy. There's a nice garden area, and it's dog-friendly. It seems to be more of an eatery than a traditional pub, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Great service, and decent food at reasonable prices. Recommended.
Excellent, roomy pub with friendly staff and good food. Bike night is every Tuesday and continues throughout the year. Obviously the weather influences numbers. Can't really comment on atmosphere. It's busy when it's Tuesday bike night but I don't often go there on other days. For an idea of prices

Pleasant village pub. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Service good. Food is very good value. Beer is well looked after. Various food offers. Occasional live music in evenings. Garden with play fort for children.
Good food, good beer and friendly service . Lovely breakfast served at weekends. If you're into motorbikes Tuesday Bike night is well worth a visit and raises a lot of money for Doc bike. But worth dropping in just for a pint any time
Great pub. Lovely landlady. Friendly, with a great knowledge of her stock. We had a great night and she let us sleep over in our campervan.
Great venue and worth the bike visit
Camping locally. Excellent food, probably the best gammon I’ve had in a pub with really generous portions. Top quality beer. Really great service and super friendly staff.
Went for bike night, nice atmosphere, nice bikes, burger was a bit disappointing but I suppose they have lots of mouths to feed. Probably better food when it's not bike night. Will visit again
Great pub that does bike night every Tuesday. Loads of bikes to look at with good beer and friendly staff.
Tuesday night is bike night and it's awesome. Over 200 bikes take over the carpark. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. And while it is extremely busy, the staff do an amazing job keeping on top of things. Food still being served.
Lovely place to meet friends, the food was very good and they have white Zinfandel the only wine I can drink, I was very happy when I saw it was on the menu, had a lovely evening thank you
Friendly, helpful staff with good value home cooked food. Good variety menu, particularly the delicious Dorset ice cream (which our daughter thoroughly enjoyed)
Really nice country pub. We were staying locally and visited the pub twice. The first time we had a drink and say in the beer garden where the kids had a run around in the little fort. We also went here to eat later in the week. There's a decent choice on the menu with a few specials also available
