Very friendly staff!
Since moving to the village it's now become our local. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The gardens are lovely and sunny to sit in.
Fishy Friday is a great deal along with many others. Very dog friendly with a great dog walk behind the pub so you can have a pit stop
.... highly recommend the warm chocolate brownie
Think Tanya has done a great job with the pub and refurb of the garden. Pubs are a hard business so it's good to see local support
Had a great time playing at the Beer and Bikes rally.. Friendly place with a great crowd. Look forward to playing here again
Great pub, great selection of ales, great food. Everything tasted homemade. Highly recommended 👌
Good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Good food and lots of room inside for the colder dark evenings.
what a lovely country pub, came here for a saturday evening away and it hasn't disappointed if at all. Fabulous place, lovely staff, big beer garden for us and our dogs great beer and ale selection, the staff were so kind, we will be back definately 😊
We ate here twice during our brief stay in the area, and both times were very happy. There's a nice garden area, and it's dog-friendly. It seems to be more of an eatery than a traditional pub, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Great service, and decent food at reasonable prices. Recommended.
Excellent, roomy pub with friendly staff and good food. Bike night is every Tuesday and continues throughout the year. Obviously the weather influences numbers. Can't really comment on atmosphere. It's busy when it's Tuesday bike night but I don't often go there on other days. For an idea of prices - a bacon bap is currently £4.50 on bike night.

Saw an advert for this place on a bikers website as well as countless signs around the area, it was close at the time for renovation but now fully open again.
I arrived just after 12 and had a pick of tables.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
I seated myself and went to bar to order, went with the hunters chicken. The chicken was moist and tender with a strong cheese which wasn’t over powering with a very decent size slice of bacon. The salad was fresh, tasty and came with a lovely home made coleslaw. Meal was quick to arrive and I though it delicious, might be personal taste but the chips could of had a bit longer cooking. That said they were cooked and pleasant.
The price was the best part, quality food at that price!
Can’t wait to comeback and try something else.
Pleasant village pub. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Service good. Food is very good value. Beer is well looked after. Various food offers. Occasional live music in evenings. Garden with play fort for children.
Good food, good beer and friendly service . Lovely breakfast served at weekends. If you're into motorbikes Tuesday Bike night is well worth a visit and raises a lot of money for Doc bike. But worth dropping in just for a pint any time
Great pub. Lovely landlady. Friendly, with a great knowledge of her stock.
We had a great night and she let us sleep over in our campervan.
Great venue and worth the bike visit
