Light and airy shop , with a great range of products.The shop always looks clean and tidy. Parking is free for 20 minutes if you display a ticket.By the time you have queued for the ticket machine gone back to your car and displayed it and got your bags and a trolley I think you get about 15 minutes.At busy times the car park is often full.Overall it is worth a visit 7am-8am weekdays is the quiet time .

Wow outstanding customer service!! I was greeted immediately by two very charming young ladies who very quickly showed me where my goods were in the store followed by a very nice conversation led by myself about the importance of customer service, especially after a particularly bad experience of poor customer service with Nationwide building society in Hanley but yes excellent, well done!!!

Good quality supermarket which can be really good value if you notice the offers. Large selection of food and drink available.
On a negative note, although it's got a free for 20 minutes car park (remember to pick up a ticket from one of the outside machines), it's one of the worse designed ones I've come across; especially when the "Chelsea Tractors" are trying to park too. 😐

Debra overheard me tell my partner that i’d like to try a certain vegan food product one day, I put it back and as I went down another aisle she gave me the product and told me to give them a try and that it was on them. I thought that was really lovely, I hope this gets back to Debra how much I appreciate her kindness.

Been living away from the area for a while every time I come back staff super friendly Sarah always chatty and the blond short haired lady who has done the ams for a number of years always makes sure there is a good atmosphere in store. Also love the guy with the glasses who does the wine I think he's from Goostrey or Sandbach. Not sure what's happened to Gerald though loved him too.

It's not as big as the one in Poynton but is big enough. Decent selection of wines, beers and spirits. Need to pay to park but can get it back if you shop there.

Love this store, friendly staff and it’s carries everything I need. Very clean. Car park a bit of a problem but it is everywhere in Alderley.

A great Waitrose store with lots of great quality food and drinks available on the shelves.
The staff are incredibly friendly and professional.
However, the ‘pay and display’ car park is very annoying, but can be refunded against your shopping when at the checkout.

Nice view and location. Quality very good and nice people around. But everything is a bit expensive too. And some juices and sandwiches doesn't taste that good as compared to the price.
But still could be best for many people. At least people should five it a try.

Great little store, not known for their competive prices though........
Used the cafe as well which was excellent and offered a more reasonable price experience. Large coffee, hot chocolate and 2 chocolate muffins about £7, no more expensive than anywhere else, great service from the 2 staff behind the counter.......
