My wife and I visited yesterday as we were in the area to visit the market. We had a lovely meal. I had the huge 3/4 pound cheeseburger and my wife had lasagne. Homemade chips were served with the burger and they were amazing ! Nice staff , friendly locals and great food = the perfect pub. Cheers .
We found this pub whilst on holiday in Anderby. Great traditional pub, very friendly staff, food was brilliant and homemade and also great portions! The prices were brilliant too! We will be back again for sure.
Nice little village pub.food was lovely had the 3/4lb burger with fresh home made chips and salad. Was brilliant for money .can't wait to come back and try the carvery x
After realizing we wouldn't find any food in Chapel St Leonards during this heavily raining day, we found this place to have a snack and a drink. Staff was friendly enough to get the kitchen running and we enjoyed a lovely fresh homemade soup and a good beer. Place is nice, has a pool table, a beer garden and a car park.
4th time in here.
Not my cup of tea, but it is probably ok for some.
Chips were nice, as they usually are, peas are always hard, and rest of food is …
Called in for the second time in a week .The food is fantastic value and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area
