The fish and scampi were both cooked fresh, all of the food was delicious and the lady serving was absolutely lovely. 10/10 😁

Fresh Cod fish & chips. Tasty and well done. The portion was great and generous. Quick service. The staff gave me excellent advice on my choices. Average prices. Its served very hot so you have to wait a little before you can eat. I would definitely repeat each time I visit this outlet.

My order was taken very quickly by Colin who politely explained there may be a short wait while my order was freshly cooked. While I waited I noticed the 3 staff (Colin, Rachel and Paul) were working very well as a team to ensure customers were getting an efficient service. Rachel served my order including hot drinks with a smile and genuine "Enjoy your meal". My food was excellent - hot, fresh tasting which I enjoyed immensely. Credit to Paul who was the cook on duty. I can fully recommend the quality of the food and service from this Harry Ramsdens at East Midlands Designer Outlet.

Nipped in today and must say after working in retail myself we could tell the two guys were rushed off their feet and understaffed, having said that the customer service we received from Colin who served us was exceptional and the food cooked by Paul (although be it too expensive!) was very tasty and cooked well. We would most certainly like to return however the company really does need to think about their staffing levels and prices.

Had fish and chips earlier, must say the fish was cooked to absolute perfection! Had to wait a little while but it was well worth it for fresh cooked to order which was so tasty! Bravo to the team on today, service from Colin Rachel and Nick was outstanding!

I was a bit sceptical due to the inflated prices of this ‘chip shop’ but must the say I was made to feel welcome by the pleasant, polite and attentive staff and the quality of the meal made it so worthwhile.
I travel the length and breadth of the country and will have to go a long way to experience better. Thank you

Popped in yesterday for lunch and the whole experience was so good, I was served by a man called Colin who was so helpful and explained the menu to me and offered different side options. The food itself was beyond tasty, only downside was the price was a little steep but that can't be helped I suppose!
