Cold food, was told would be a 3 minute wait and 15 minutes later we were still waiting even after other people walked away with the same order as us. No apologies or urgency from staff and after waiting so long they didn’t have enough link sausage left for my roll
Shocking,
Got delivery. Drive got lost after clear instructions, wrong coffee for a start. Food was freezing cold and looked like someone sat on it
Disappointed! Food stone cold, I can’t understand why things like sausage rolls can’t be kept warm at Greggs…. They could easily be kept in a heated glass cabinet! The cheese and onion bake was also cold making it very unpleasant and ended up in the mouth of a local seagull.
