As we have stayed on the Howick Hall estate on the Red Stead farm, we had free access to the gardens and arboretum so we decided to have a look. The tea room was lovely, it had a very relaxed atmosphere with great staff and wonderful food and drinks. It was easy to order and service was very quick. We would definitely come here again!
OMG the Kippers from the specials board are amazing (if like me you love smokey fish). Dining is in the old ballroom which makes for a lovely setting with views of the garden.
