Visited today, it was evident the young lady serving, KAYLEIGH loved her job. Customer service excellent, very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble to her, the service she provided was fast and efficient. A credit to your team. We will certainly be back. Thank you

I went in today to pick up some sub sandwhiches for myself and the kids. service quick and cheerful even though there was only 1 employee in the shop. friendly young lady black hair who was helpful with menu and labelling sandwhiches so we didnt get mixed up. very organised and subs tasted good as you might expect. recommend philly steak and cheese

I went to Alnwick castle and was so happy to see that there is a subway just 2 mins walk from castle. Wonderful staff and clean place.

Don't be fooled by the sign - this isn't a subterranean walkway but a fast food restaurant selling sandwiches of long bread with an interesting variety of fillings.

Staff are usually very friendly, although the manager has been rude a few times before. Food is always top quality. Seating is not great and if it's busy there isn't much room.
