The food is rather tasty however there is not much of a menu. Most items revolve around vegetarian entree.
The service was good and their hot hot- sauce is really good.
We travel to many different places and one of our favorites is Mexican food. We know that in America the flavor is different then if in Mexico.
The reason for only 4 stars was due too a poor menu.

My wife and I love this restaurant. It's probably one of, if not her favorite place to eat dinner out. The food is always fresh, they've got great drinks and beer on tap, and the service is really excellent. Very nice people.

The salsa was exactly what I like the wife and I both got Jake steak burrito 🌯's and they were delicious!! The cheese sauce they slathered it in was on point I highly recommend if you're in the area and look to get a good quick bite.

Riviera Maya is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. I've been here many times over the last several years, and it has been consistently good. The dining room fills up fast on weekend nights, so be prepared!

The staff were very nice. The food sounded good. It was pretty bland. My guy was sick for days after eating. I have friends who eat here all the time and brag on this place. Just not a good night I guess. We won't be back.

Best Mexican chow outside of central Texas! Highly recommended. My wife and I were visiting the Alton area and this experience was our first at the Riviera Maya. Definite 5-star diner. Go early because the place gets crowded.

I was a customer until yesterday. I received burned food on a takeout order and they charged my card 6 dollars more. When I called a guy said he would replace food and give my money back. But when I got there it was a different story. I got food replaced still burnt and they All came out like they were going to do something to me. I was told my card information was wrong. It's not. I get text exery time money is pulled off for a transaction. Watch your cards folks. It was supposed to be $19 and some change then they put a 59cents charge for I don't know which brought total to $20 and change. But charged my card $24 and change. You just lost a customer
