Subway

Went in tonight to order 2 sandwiches to go. They were out of tuna, made a fresh batch for my order. I give them a star for that. Would give more, but had to listen to the them complain for 10 minutes about how bad of a day it had been and how they wish it was over. Was extremely abupt and rude to me. Got home to 2 of the messiest, unappetizing sandwiches I've ever seen. I'll not bother them again.

I have been to this location a few times hoping it will get better. The staff in the evening clearly get irritated when someone walks in the door. They put stuff away at least 30 minutes before closing and locked the door 10 minutes before closing. When they were worried about running out of Chicken Teriyaki, the one girl kept saying "We better not run out because I'm not making anymore. Nope. Not gonna do it. " When another customer came in the door, the other girl told her coworker she was gonna lose it. The lady asked for a meatball sub, and they told her the meatballs were put up already. Didn't even offer to go get it. I've tried to give them a chance. Won't be back again. The staff I've dealt with are lazy and rude.

I went in there Sunday night 11/14/21 and ordered a chicken bacon ranch. I dont like my bread toasted i only like the meat and cheese warmed together. When i asked the girl to only warm the meat and cheese together she got really rude and told me no her manager said its not allowed. I asked her since when cause i was in the week prior and ordered the same thing and the guy working that night did it, and she rudely pops off and said her manager has always said shes not allowed to. I told her that was a lie cause every other subway does it. From then on it was like it was a problem with what i ordered and what i had her put on my sandwich. I definitely will not be back to that store again!

So my fiance and I have went there 2 times within the last 3 weeks, and both times we got sick to our stomach. First time, we asked for our sandwiches toasted and their toaster was broken and it was a barely heated sandwich that was handed to us, the chicken was pink and grisley looking in areas. And earlier tonight we decided to try again, and somehow for 2 different footlongs priced at $12.59 each and 2 cookies priced 2 for 1$...our total came out over $32. When I asked for a receipt to look at my charges she was VERY rude in telling me that their receipt printer was out of paper. So not only were we overcharged, we were treated unfairly, and once again I have been puking my guts up for the last few hours. I will never again step foot into any subway you couldn't pay me to go back there again just to get treated like s*** and overcharged and food poisoning.

I have a complaint about the Subway store #11097-0 on 500 W Delmar Ave, Alton, IL 62002. I visited the store today 5/7/2018. I order a wrap and two sandwiches. I was trying to explain to the girl how I wanted the wrap and the manager took over and was very rude. The customer in front of me was insulting me and laughing and she threatened to punch me and the manger did nothing to stop it. The manager told me it was my fault. The manager didn't apologize. It was a very unpleasant experience. The manger has been hateful every time I have visited this store.

I used to travel a lot and I've eaten at dozens and dozens of Subways. These people are the biggest tightwads I've even seen. I just went in there today for the third and last time. I ordered the new turkey sandwich they have been advertising on TV. The man who made my sandwich used one piece of turkey for my whole sandwich and when it didn't quite cover the bread he pinched two thin pieces off of another piece of turkey and barely covered the bread. They always find some excuse to not give the senior discount. This shop is right on my way home when I visit my daughter, but I can assure you from now on I'll drive to Upper Alton just to not do business with these skin flints!
