Red Lobster

They're not social distancing. The server kept trying to leave the table while I was trying to order. The service was sad. It wasn't busy but it took entirely too long for food and drinks to come out. The margaritas taste like water. When we got our food there were 2 entree items missing from the plate. Now as a server/ expediter she's supposed to make sure the plate looks as it should. When we got the food we had to tell her that the Seafarers platter comes with a lobster tail and an order of shrimp scampi. She then says "i knew the plate looked weird" Why bring it out? My medium steak was rare and very bloody. The salmon was very disappointing. It had no flavor but was shipped to be a blackened salmon. The lobster tail was bland. There wasn't even the parsley that should have been on there. Horrible experience and the server was stingy with the biscuits which was the only thing other than the scampi that was good. The rice was awful and I had to use the scampi sauce to make it better. And where are the crab leg options? I saw that sorry order of snow crab they brought out I would've been angry. I won't be back until they do a menu overhaul.

Had a very good meal today was my 38th Birthday and wanted to go somewhere good the food and service was excellent my Bill was a big one but I knew that when I ordered so no surprise when you order most expensive which the quality of the meal was well worth it and I even gave our waiter Trevor A who was great a 10.00 tip will definitely be back again!!!!

First time eating here in Alton. Depending on the kind of food that you order, its gets a little pricey but overall the food was very good. I will definately recommend Wyatt as your server. He was nonstop on top of everything. Didn't even take 30 minutes after ordering our food, 10 minutes later he arrived with our food. He was very polite, nice and very fast paced!!! If I was his boss i would definately give him a raise!!! ASK FOR WYATT FOR REAL!!!!!!! Pic below is what my dinner was for tonight. It was the isle paraidise coconut shrimp.

Food was good, staff sat us in the bar because they were obviously cleaning dining rooms for easier closing time, sat us at a table that caught the draft from the door, 18 degrees outside so uncomfortable to say the least. Servers nice and accommodating. Hostess not so much might need to try a different job to say the least. Prices good for quality of food.

Horrible. Went here for my kids birthday. 2 steaks over cooked and tough as leather, then when replaced they were completely raw. When we entered, there were only 2 other tables and it still took forever. One of the replacement steaks plates was so hot when handed to my mother it burned her. Asked for the manager and waited for well over 30 minutes, then was given a bunch of excuses why it took so long. She also said the other manager was cooking, when the food was cooked wrong.
