We visited at approximately 1330 on Saturday 3.19.22 in Alton, IL. It did take a while to order in the drive thru, but the young gentleman who waited on us was friendly, funny and polite which definitely makes the experience better. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't get the young man's name, but on the receipt, he was employee #688. Please thank him for making the experience so much better than other area fast food places.

Wait in drive through wasn't as bad as it looked. No sauce was offered with rings had to ask for it. Cheese fries were at bottom with everything on top of it squishing it. No utensil to eat those fries with and only a few napkins. It was a mess. But still good.

2 cars ahead of me, waited in line a total of 30 minutes.. ordered a #2 with a sweet tea. Fries were old and cold and the tea was sour.. smh paid $9 for 2 burgers considering the rest was trash, very disappointed

They got the whole order wrong and when we brought it to their attention they were literally saying to us and each other "I didn't take your/that order" finally someone came out and said we can make a new ones, there you have it.....finally some customer service. Disappointed due to all the hype on this place being so great. The food was meh, okay.

Everytime we go to St Louis, we stop and get a delicious crave case! White castle is simply the best. Love the chicken ring, fish sandwiches and of course those sliders.

they forgot some of the food and we had to come back for it nearly an hour later but the food we did get was good.

Poor service sat at the window 10 minutes while food was sitting there so we ended up driving off!! Just rediculous
