I called and ordered a $70 order, which was way more difficult that it should have been (my fault, should have ordered online). I left a $14 tip before they made or delivered the food. We added bacon to 2 sandwiches and neither of which received it. Then both of those sandwiches had rotten avocado on them.
The delivery driver needed to call me for my address after driving 15min to the wrong town entirely. Then required step by step directions to actually get to my house. He was a very nice man and was very apologetic. I could not believe they got the order wrong. When I worked in the service industry someone tips you for your best, this was not their best. This was not ok... this was subpar.

I like the food here, and the delivery driver Billie is always on time respectful and friendly!! Since pizza hut that delivers to me closed. This is my go to delivery!

we love Panera we've been going for a long time now, but since corvid, the quality and accuracy of service has gone down badly. we consistantly spend about fourty dollars, twice a week.!! Sadly, every order has been incorrect for at least 4 weeks now.. we have contacted the manager several times, we have talked to different staff members, we have received coupons, and extra cookies, and whatever.!. Honestly, all we really want is for our order to be correct ,silverware to be in the bag, the things that we ordered to be correct according to what the receipt says, all the parts of the order included in the bag. This is horribly aggravating to talk to a manager, and have them be very polite and kind, and then it allowed to continue.. I'm starting to think that this is no longer just a staff issue, but a management issue.. it's great that managers know how to be polite it's great that they offer coupons or vouchers, but what we want, is the meal we ordered, with the quality intact. it's sad to see such a good restaurant with such great potential lose customers because of shoddy/disorganized packaging of orders.

I ordered a half Southwest Chile lime salad and was disappointed. This was supposed to be a premium salad but had way to many of these gross white chunks. I would expect this at an all you can eat salad bar or a McDonald's salad. But I paid 7 bucks for this salad and I expected better value from Saint Louis bread Co. I did like the rest of the salad which had a generous piece of avocado. Though a olive was included in my salad which does not belong and just shows whoever made it was being sloppy. Maybe the Alton St Louis Branch could use some more training.

This location is absolutely horrible. I have gotten the wrong order every single time I have gone. For the price we are paying, the workers need to make sure they are making the food correct. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
