I paid for 5 chicken tenders and only got 4 then had to ask three times for honey mustard sauce. And got to happy meal nugget size sauces. Poor customer service and they getting paid more. Thats just said. They not getting my money again. Something told me to check the bag before I pulled off.

KFC is an incredibly easy and pleasant pick up. Oftentimes, employees have offered to walk my order to my car so I don't have to come in the drive-thru. I have only been inside a handful of times, and the reason for not wanting to continue is wholly a particular group of older men making people uncomfortable. Of course, no one can be blamed for the behavior of their customers, but I do want to express my deep admiration for dealing with people who are so boldly bigoted and still managing to be kind to me. While the wait in the drive-thru is NOT fast unless it's empty, it's incredibly preferred to some faster stores.
I'm not sure how many people work in the store, I usually only see one or two when I am at the window, but I appreciate everything they have done while being so obviously overworked. Thank you so much!

I just downloaded and ordered on the app, and picked up my order. Excellent!!! The order was ready, food was hot and fresh!!! Excellent service! I looked on the app to leave a review but couldn’t find it. Very pleased with this KFC!

Coleslaw was not the same. Always loved it before this time. Funny taste and texture. Won't order again unless they go back to previous recipie. Maybe it was just this restaurant??

Most unprofessional, ridiculously understaffed and rude people I've ever dealt with at a restaurant. I'm picking up a mobile order. I go inside because why wait behind 19 cars in the Drive-Thru when I'm picking up a mobile order? They tell me it'll be 8 minutes on the chicken, so I sit down and wait politely. 15 minutes goes by no chicken no updates from the people, they're ignoring me like I'm invisible. The chicken is not good anyway you can keep it never coming back here again added to the ever growing list of blacklisted restaurants that care more about profit than customer service.

Asked for $30 bucks in food. Got to window and recieved food. I told them it was missing a famous bowl. Had the cook come to window to tell me I hide it under my seat. Then the told me I only paid for one famous bowl. So I gave them my receipt that says I had 2. They then tell me theirs says I had only one. I then asked I paid for another one and they finally gave my my other bowl I already paid for. I asked for my receipt back and they lost it. So I said I will wait for a reprint because I know I paid for the food already and they wouldn't give me what I paid for unless I repaid. Once they finally printed the receipt it said I paid for 2 and they refunded my money they tried to make me pay. It was all unnecessary. The lady taking the order shouldn't of let it get to that point. She was the one miscommunication between cook and me. I did nothing wrong. I ordered my food. Didn't receive something. Asked for it. Was told I hide food under my seat and forced to repay. It was an unnecessary headache. Dont call customers liars. Why would I lie. There wasn't 2 famous bowls in the bag. So much fun. People can be crazy!
