My wife and I go to this Taco Bell because it’s so close to our house but our order is never right. It’s always something is made wrong or is missing from the order. Tonight before we left I checked to make sure everything was in the bag which it was. I knew something was going to be made wrong due to the fact everything was in the bag. Last time I ordered two chicken Chipotle melts and got one and have an issue EVERY time without fail. Tonight, got home and my wife unpacks the food and I simply asked for no lettuce on my taco and they literally only put cheese and meat on it. I’m pretty livid about the experience I’ve had here time and time again . Won’t be going to this Taco Bell anymore and will drive a little farther to have our food done right. I will also be leaving a bad review through the receipt survey.

I frequent this location and will go out of my way to come here even if I’m closer to a different Taco Bell. They are so fast, friendly, and efficient. I haven’t gotten a wrong order in years, and that is impressive to me! I am so thankful to the employees here who work so hard with a smile to serve us our food. Thank you!!!!

This used to be a favorite to pick up deliveries from. The people were always nice in drive-thru and the order was ready relatively quick. Something seems to have happened in the last week or so. While instructions for delivery still say to use the pick-up window, and the drive-thru itself has no other exits, employees have begun citing a new 'store policy' that mandates all Doordash orders (Including in store pick up for customers themselves) have to enter the lobby and wait. When I was told this, I was very confused, as the contract between Doordash and (Merchant) very explicitly state that Dashers are allowed to use a drive-thru, as long as the merchant has one. Someone else came on the speaker box and VERY rudely told me that any orders through Doordash have to come in, and it didn't matter if it was against the contracts. I was told I could sit in line until I was able to leave, then I could park and come in to pick up the order that was sitting ready. By the time I made it to the window to leave, I had already contacted support, who confirmed that Taco Bell is indeed in violation of the contract that the corporations of Taco Bell and Doordash signed. Thankfully, support cancelled that order and still paid me, and said that they have filed a report for breach of contract on this location. The real kicker? As I pulled around the building, someone walked up to the lobby door to find it was locked.

Walked into this Taco Bell & was never greeted by any employee. Ordered on a tablet, because the staff wasn’t at the registers. Our food came quickly. We got it to-go. We ordered a lot too and our order was correct. It was good too. They didn’t forget anything. Just a smile or a “Hello” would be nice next time!

Disability discrimination is store policy. As a disabled customer who uses various food services, I ordered ahead through doordash. When I arrived at the drive thru speaker, I was told I would have to come inside to pick up my order 'because it was doordash'. Being as this was not the first time this happened here, I had already reached out to doordash and had been reassured that doordash orders are to be treated with the same respect as any customer regardless if they are picked up by a dasher or a customer using their service. I was told by the manager that it is store policy not to give out doordash orders at the drive thru. As a disabled customer who uses drive thru due to disability, this is blatant discrimination. I've never had an issue picking up my orders here before, but this week they've decided those of is who use doordash-for any reason- are less valued as customers. I sat in the drive thru lane for 20 mins (because you cannot leave once in line) and they refused to give me MY order because my disability prevented me from coming inside and I chose to use the app most convenient for me.

Update 01/20/20. I visited the store after work and ordered Nacho Bell Grande with no beans. What I received was extremely disappointing. As the picture shows there was very little meat and the dish appeared to be thrown together. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until I arrived home at approximate 11:30p.m. Needless to say, I was not going back out in 19 degree weather. So the following day, armed with a my receipt and a picture of my meal, I returned to the restaurant. I was initially meet by a young lady, who appeared indifferent to my poor customer experience. Sensing my frustration she advised her manager. The manger did not even address or approach me, she instructed the young lady to have Sarah another employee to address the issue. Now, first of all I'm very familiar with Sarah. She has excellent customer service over the years. She is always polite, either in the drive-thru or at the counter. Sarah immediately and pleasantly addressed the issue. I was given a new meal with a smile. Sarah would be a credit to any company where she worked. Sarah gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The first employee and the manager get ⭐. I will change my original rating from four stars to three stars. End of update. The service was fast and the food was delicious. The young lady working the drive-thru was very polite.

Service was decent. Not too busy when I went in. I was initially going to not go in, my wife went in ahead of me and called me in, the manager apparently saw me leaving and told me I could go ahead and come in. It was really great. I have worked fast food once upon a time, I like to peek behind the counters some times. You can tell a lot about a store, and it's people, by how clean their floors, counters, and food lines. To my great surprise, it was clean! The food line I could see was spotless! Well done! Great place, certainly will go again. A huge thanks to the worker sitting in the lobby, on what I could only assume was a break. It isn't often a store employee pays for your lunch when they hear you are having a rough day! We will be back! Whoever runs that place, take note! Yuh need to keep this guy!

Taco Bell has always been a favorite of mine. Everything was fine except the fact that we were supposed to have dorito tacos and only got regular crunchy tacos.
