Nice cosy bistro restaurant that specialises in fish dishes. Only has 4 tables so booking essential. Good choice of drinks but no draught, only bottled or canned. I recommend this place for sea food lovers and i will definitely be going again.

Wow, what a fabulous quirky little place this is! Food was fantastic, (even though it took me ages to get the crab out the shell) the cocktails were beautiful, the place itself was really warm & welcoming, loved it. The waiter was lovely & nothing was a bit of bother. Places like this deserve to get the great feedback they deserve. If you haven’t already, you have to try this place!

Absolutely fabulous. The food is amazing mussels, squid, lobster and langoustines, all freshly cooked, the service super and the atmosphere calm and unhurried. Highly recommend ‘Jaspers’. Thank you Connor and Ryan the chef.

Fantastic proper seafood restaurant. It's a tiny venue but had a lovely atmosphere. Food was brilliant and the waiter/barman was really attentive.
We went with a 1 and a 3 year old and they called ahead to let us know they didn't have a high chair because of how small the place is (which was fine with us but something to be aware of for tiny ones) they were also very polite and patient as the kids wanted to watch everything that was going on.

On a bit of a Uk tour we stumbled across amble and ended up eating here. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. Brilliant interior. Some of the freshest food I’ve ever had. Best meal I’ve had in years. They even included some food for the dog (see picture)

Amazing experience at Jaspers. As soon as you entered you knew you were in for a seafood extravaganza and we were right. So much choice of beautiful, fresh seafood and great ambience. The service was excellent, staff were friendly and offered lots of advice on the choices. I had the oysters, chilli garlic prawns and seafood risotto. Words can't describe how good it was, definitely food for the soul and made my heart sing.❤️

We visited tonight, what can I say... But amazing! Friendly attentive service and fabulous food. We had two well behaved dogs with us who were made to feel very welcome too, the homemade dog biscuits were an added bonus. The chef owner came to talk to us on our departure. Overall one of the best seafood restaurants I have visited. We will be back. Thank you.

A very cosy intimate atmosphere. First class attention from the friendly welcoming staff. The menu was extensive and the specials board offered some really excellent ideas. The seafood dishes were superb. Well cooked, and well presented. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you Connor, Melanie and all.

I took my family to Jaspers for the first time on Sunday evening, and I would 100% return next time we’re in the area. We ate a variety of seafood and meats between us and the food was delicious! I had the seafood linguine which was very tasty, but also light and fresh. The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful, the restaurant has a real warmth about it. The waiter was very attentive, polite and made the experience perfection so thank you! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A relaxing, comfortable restaurant with fantastic, friendly and professional service as well as incredible food. We went all out and had 3 courses with an array of fish and meat dishes. All the fish was cooked to perfection from the grilled sardines to the fish loaded pie that I'll be thinking about for some time. The flavours were balanced, the portions were generous and the variety was impressive for a small restaurant. We had a ball and will definitely be returning. This is a magical place, tell your friends!
