Coming to the Lake District for a week as a gluten free vegan I didn't expect much, so this was such a hidden little gem for me!! The food, the staff, everything was amazing. They made you feel so welcome and it was so nice they catered so well for gluten free vegans too as not many vegan cafe's do.

What a great place! Turned up at 10am and had the vegan breakfast which kept me going all day. The staff are lovely and the food is delicious. Cannot recommend enough and will go again next time I am in the Lakes.

Unusual to find such colorful and exotic summery food in a town like this! It was one of the best food experiences I have had so far. Being purely vegetarian makes me quite fussy but being semi vegan and gluten intolerant makes it nigh on impossible to find a decent meal. Challenge accepted here and

Got an oat latte (which came with a vegan shortbread!) and the big vegan breakfast. It was immense.
The staff were lovely and the portion size was enormous (just what you need before a big hike).
Dogs were allowed and there was a delicious looking selection of vegan cakes.
