Don't normally review on Costa however on this occasion i had to post the above and beyond customer care given as the staff had hand decorated some takeaway cups.
Don’t normally go into Costa in Ambleside, but I really enjoyed my visit today. Sat in the window seats which are bright and spacious. The manager was enthusiastic, happy, polite and very welcoming. In fact the manager made my visit as pleasant as any of the many quality tea rooms in the town. Lovel
I ordered large maple and hazelnut latte with gingerbread muffin. I have been served by a professional and friendly staff Lau. The coffee was excellent! Thank you so much.
Visited June 2023, nice wee place with friendly staff
This Costa has a staffing shortage we arrived yesterday to find it was shut due to this. However on previous occasions there has just been one person doing everything, despite this we have always found them to be efficient, friendly and welcoming. So good staff, on this basis I would have rated 5 st

The hot chocolate was good as ever, and the blueberry muffin was delicious. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The shop

Friendly staff and quick service, though one of the staff spent a lot of time on her phone rather than doing anything productive. The coffee was decent, perhaps a little weak but the experience was good overall.
Visited today, I have complex allergy requirements, the young dark haired girl that served me was very attentive and painstakingly cleaned equipment containing my allergens before making the nicest soy decaf coffee I have ever tasted in Costa. It was good to see that Costa are aware of allergies an
