Had a lovely evening here playing board games with my boyfriend. Excellent, friendly service by Poppy, extremely welcoming. Jamie was great behind the bar, excellent winter drink recommendations. Lovely people. Warm atmosphere. Would come back.

An excellent quiet pub, it offers great food options and a pleasant atmosphere. They are dog friendly too. There are always treats on offer.
We had another fantastic meal today at the Boot and Slipper. Food was lovely and prompt, despite how busy the venue was. Great value food, tasty, fab staff and comfortable. Love visiting every time. We had a party of 8 today and we all had a great time. Thanks to Beth for her service.
We had a wonderful time for our grandmothers 90th, they brought us a surprise cake and sang happy birthday. The service and food is always spot on! Hot, fresh and delicious. We always come here for family events. Thanks to the team and Beth for looking after us!
