Service good & food looked fresh .Central location in high street. Cafe clean but the toilets lacked loo paper. Good wifi & quiet & relaxing on a Saturday morning

I didn't get the right slice of caramel shortbread, and there were a couple of tables that needed clearing.
The service was very friendly & polite though, and the hot chocolate and snack were delicious. Not a bad price, and unlike their competitors, the toilet was available and clean. So a small moan, but still good enough for 5 stars.

Great place, lovely people. I spent some time here one midweek afternoon while I waited for my car to charge in the car park behind and am sorry I’m not local!

Caffe Nero, wherever they are in the UK, always have the same good quality of coffees, toasties, focaccias, and sandwiches including croissants and cakes 😍 The staffs are friendly and deliver good service 👍🏼The playlists is suitable for the ears of us who are 40++ 😉👌🏼

The usual Nero coffee and cake experience with everyone trying their best to get back to pre lockdown normality. Toilet is open and clean.

Great Coffee , welcoming staff .Toilet shared by everyone very grubby,So enjoy your coffee ,but try not to venture into the one and only toilet.It will spoil your visit.

I would have given 5 stars if my Milano Hot Chocolate drink was available, but otherwise satisfied.

Really tasty new snacks.Also the atmosphere really felt normal despite the current climate and great coffee.

Nice big space, friendly staff, made the drinks well, adapted the drinks to our requirements as well.
Surroundings looked clean, the loo was clean too. All in all a nice atmosphere to sit and chat with some friends.

Nice beverages and food, very helpful and friendly staff. The cafe is busy enough to have a great buzz.

Far too many singles hogging tables for 4 or bench seats while just on laptops & working - drastically reduced available seating ! Coffee needs to be maybe 10% cheaper & sort out the free wifi table hoggers and it'd be 5* !

Lovely staff, good layout with plenty of seats for those quiet chats or space for larger groups. Usual great Nero coffee obvs.
