Food was good however the service was poor…. Quick at the start and then very little return it check up….. had to get up to find Simone to pay the bill….unusually disappointing for a pub on this area
Such a lovely pub. I love that they serve cocktails and coffees too. Very dog friendly. We recently moved to the area and have bought our new puppy in here several times. The food is really good - such a great selection. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The blonde lady who works here (forgot her name sorry), who I believe is a manager maybe? Even bought us supplies for our next visit for our new puppy that she had left over from her dog which I thought was so so kind. We were a few weeks late coming and she kept them behind the bar for us. We really appreciated this so thank you. Xx
We came for lunch today and absolutely loved it. Lovely inside an outside, dog friendly, well presented pub. Great service, really quick with drinks and food. The food though was amazing. The fish and chips were perfect, and thr pie was stunning. Desserts also are work a mention. We will definitely be back

Came here with a friend for a meal and catch up. We had a warm welcome with a choice of sitting in the bar or restaurant. We choose the bar. There's a large menu with a great selection for vegetarians. I had the veggie curry which was delicious. I would say it is quite spicy but you can always leave the chillies if they are too much for you.
Dessert was just as tasty and another massive choice! The service was really quick and efficient.
Sally was an awesome waitress. My friend and I were kept so happy. There was 7 of us and our food was beautiful lovely atmosphere ready for pub quiz
Was a very lovely experience. Our server for the evening, Sally, was wondering and delivered amazing service. The food was great, our meals came very quickly and overall, it was a very nice pub. I would definitely recommend.
A lovely pub in Old Amersham, with a welcoming feel to it. We had lunch here, and the food was absolutely delicious. The tomato soup had a rich flavour and came with some very lightly toasted bread and a fabulous olive oil. My main course was a pie, which was also excellent and was served with mashed potato which had a perfect texture and gravy on the side which was superb. The broccoli was perfectly cooked. Definitely want to come back for Sunday lunch. The advice is to book for that, and I can see why.

Been going to The Swan now for a few years and never had any issues with food or service.
Came recently with my wife and newborn son and the staff couldn't of done more!
Massive shout-out to Emma who helped us with hot water for our sons bottle and for being on hand to help with anything we needed and making sure we were looked after. - Above and Beyond service! 👍
Highly recommended The Swan to anyone looking for a decent priced lunch with family or friends!
