I eat here regularly. I'm posting this review in the hopes that management might make some necessary changes. Despite having decent quality food and drinks, what I've noticed most often eating here is dysfunction and disorganization. Today, the printer doesn't work, which I understand from having worked in food service before, but it's really just the excuse of the day. Service has been slow the majority of times I've been here. I've worked in smaller, busier shops than this which put out food of similar quality at a faster rate. To their credit they tend to go out of their way to get coffee orders and such from people standing in line, but it wouldn't be necessary to do so if the line weren't always so atrociously long. Maybe the crew is underpaid, or maybe the kitchen is understaffed (maybe due to wages being too low), or maybe the whole system could just benefit from restructuring (and of course an appropriate pay raise for the employees to compensate them for the extra work they're being asked to do). I'm not the manager, I don't work here, but one thing is clear from an outside perspective. This place could be a lot better with very few changes. I might be looking for a new Sunday morning breakfast place until such changes take place.

I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. I was so excited to try this place. The website looked great, they had yummy looking drinks and sandwiches, and bread, omg! I also didn't mind having to wait a bit for my order, and the woman who helped me was nice. It was very hard to ignore the cleanliness of the place, it was pretty grimy, nobody had gloves on or their hair up, surfaces where food was prepared looked like they hadn't been wiped in a long time. Bagel sandwiches appeared to be microwaved, which goes without saying is not the ideal way to prepare a bagel. We had the BBQ specialty sandwich and the Jalapeño specialty sandwich. Both were very soggy, my Jalapeño sandwich tasted like chicken and onions, so I expect they used the same utensils for both. I found no Jalapeños on the sandwich or in the Jalapeño bagel. It was bizarre, my partner also barely ate his BBQ, he is not one to complain, but he threw it away which says quite a lot. The coffreazy drinks were good, no complaints. The baked goods however were very stale, they looked so good so this was quite disappointing. I should have read the reviews before dropping $40 here, as I can see this is not an uncommon experience.

Bagels and bfast sandwiches are amazing, love stopping by on a weekend day off here and there. Most pastries too(besides the awful whoopie pie that tasted like freezer burn) but this afternoon experience wasn't that great. Both girls working looked like they would rather be anywhere but there and like it was such a hard task to be asked a question about something. I get it, sometimes it's stressful working in customer service but you work for tips as well, just power through. This place would be top notch with a nice clean up, better structure on ordering and maybe some cheerful fun people! I definitely recommend breakfast/coffee!

Only reason this placed has survived is because of the bakery items. The store is run so poorly. Everytime i go there is no such line to order. People come in from both doors and just walk around and get someones attention to order. People that come after you will come and go while you wait for a employee to "pick" you to order. Its been like this for years and i just dont understand why they havent caught on. Ive seen people walk out for the same reason.

Love this place! I come here once a month to have a coffee date with my aunt and we LOVE it here! Today I got a strawberry banana smoothie and an egg and cheese on bacon mozzarella bagel and it was DELICIOUS!!!! This place has an amazing bagel, coffee, and pastry selection. Its valentine's day so they also have a great selection of valentine's goodies including HUGE chocolate covered strawberries!!! Love you guys and keep up the AMAZING work!!!
