I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with just Mac sauce and onions.. so got yo window had to pull to reserved spot 1 so they could bring me out my special order. After getting it pretty quickly, I pulled away and realized that there was also ketchup added to the sandwich . So I stopped eating it and called them and I kept getting disconnected for what ever reason and now it’s busy for the last hour. No way to be treated and still hungry and on my way into work…. But would love a phone call back and my money…..

They don't honor the mobile app prices. I've made multiple complaints about several incidents, and they've never responded. It's kind of a blessing because I shouldn't really eat their food if I plan on making my next birthday.

Bad experience late at night they only had one employee working. She was having computer problems so we waited AND WAITED and waited some more so she finally comes on starts taking our order and another car shows up she stops ours mid way and starts with the other car that just pulled up. WTFUZZZ on to top that if she was bye her self we weren't going to get our food in a timely way. Bad bad bad.... just look at all the bad reviews WOW.

I asked "Do you have the $1 large French fry deal" I know they have. The response was no. So I pulled over at curbside and ordered it myself. I do not like being lied to and also inconvenienced. I did not come here to make a 15 minute trip out of it.
I'm editing because you don't even have trash cans here... The person working also attempted to hand me an Uber order just assuming thats why I was there. If anyone wants free mcdonalds just walk in and stand by the uber window.

Ordered a Double Quarter Pound meal, and a Double Smokehouse meal. Both sandwiches came with only 1 patty, and meat was undercooked not to mention soda was like colored setzer water. Went back next day, they did refund my money and replaced the order at no charge

Asked for a #9 no onions with a Sprite and 1 Mcchicken add pickles..after 20mins in a not busy drive thru,,I get 1 Cheeseburger no onions and 1 with onions (??) .. I left with a "You can call tomorrow" and No Sprite and no extra pickles on the Mcchicken. Seriously. Come on!! If u don't like ur job then LEAVE WITH YOUR ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Don’t go through the drive thru and get hot sauce the come open brand new truck 2 weeks had it and hot Sauce on the seat call and they say nothing they can do I ate there every day while up here for work never will go back and bring 4 guys in everyday and we will no longer be eating there
