Gambino's Pizza

We were the only people in the store, but it still took about 20 minutes to get anything. The crust, as I've experienced it on multiple occasions, is 75% raw and unpleasantly heavy. There's virtually no sauce and all the toppings, from the meat, to the cheese to the peppers, are almost undistinguishable from eachother with their bland, lifeless flavor.

I’m an Uber/Door Dash driver and have done probably 10 deliveries through Gambinos now. Tonight’s experience would be a 6 star review if that was possible. The order was ready and waiting and the gentleman up front was very friendly and welcoming, which goes a long way with me. Gambinos was the first job I had growing up and it makes me happy to see the next generation of young guys and gals still holding down the fort and treating people so nicely. Keep up the great work

I put in an order for delivery tonight. My cell reception was bad and cutting in and out. We the delivery driver showed up he had my pizzas, but not my pepperoni rolls. I asked him about them and he showed me my receipt and they were not on there. Mistakes happen and I did not pay for them. The pizza he brought was fresh and hot. I paid, tipped the driver And wished him a good evening. My family and I sat down and started eating our dinner. While eating out doorbell rang. It was the delivery driver again. Just that quick he drove to Gambino's and back to drop off a fresh box of pepperoni rolls at no charge, then apologized for the mix up. This kind of customer service is rare and the Andover Gambino’s has a happy and loyal customer. Thank you Jana, the pizza and the pepperoni rolls were great.

I won't get into the particulars of my experience here but it was not enjoyable. I can say the only thing that saved this from being a 1 star review was the young African American black man who came from out the kitchen to help me because the two other employees who were there were totally incompetent and didn't have a clue what to do. To him I want to say Thank you.

I stopped in for lunch. It was a hot summer day so when the cashier asked if i wanted to upgrade to a large soda i said yes. I filled my cup with lemonade and got a large plate of salad to start my meal. I picked through the brown lettuce and got something edible. There were lots of options for toppings; eggs, tomato, green peppers, pepperoni, cheese, carrots, olives and more. I loaded it up with ranch and sat down. The ranch was a good flavor and the salad was pretty tasty. I went back to the buffet to get some pizza. There was only three slices left, so i took them all. The ham & pineapple tasted ok but had been sitting for a while. The chicken bacon ranch was really tasty, and a little cold. The barbecue beef was sweet but needed more meat. On my second trip through they added more pizzas and i sampled around and was unimpressed. All in all not worth the $10 per person. I dont think i will be returning anytime soon. Its really letting the franchise down.
