Burger King

The service at this BK is absolutely horrible. It once took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru with 2 cars in front of me. And some of the employees don't wear masks when they're dealing with customers or handling food, which is highly unsanitary. They've gotten my order(s) wrong many times before, and sometimes the food comes out either too hot or too cold. If you want BK, find a different one than this one.

I will not return to this bk. I went through the drive thru asked for a caramel bk frappe and it wasn't a caramel. I went around and knocked on the window. Spencer cane to the door. I asked for my bank card which they forgot to give me and said that it wasn't a caramel and he brought it back and said it was. I wouldn't drink it after taking it back in not knowing what he did to it. He called me a baby when i told him it wasn't and i called the number on the window. They said the owner would be getting back to me. This wasa week ago. Still nothing. Go figure. Who cares about three customers.

I live by this burger King, and honestly everyone I know avoids it.. they always forget food or swap things around, And the food is always cold is cold. Even today at 4pm we ordered burgers and onion rings with a side of ranch . never got the onion rings or ranch. Would not answer any phone calls, called twice. Then had go go back in line. No they were not busy unless you count 4 cars as busy and obviously cause covid there is no inside business.
