Taco Bell

If I could give a negative I would!!! The staff has absolutely no personality. They seem irritated to even do there job. Not all of them are this way, but the majority are. The burritos have minimal filling in them and the same with the tacos. God forbid they give you your straw for you drink while you're for them to give you your order. When asking for it I was told it will be in the bag! I told them I understood that, but would like to have it so I could take a drink while waiting. I was again told it will be in the bag. The guy handing my wife and I our food was just rude and wouldn't budge on a dang straw! Then we asked for soft tacos and they gave us hard, they kept the receipt, we literally went from the drive thru to the front door to tell them. They argued with us about not having a receipt even though they just saw us. What a joke of a fast food restaurant. Andover TB is horrible.

Going through the drive through seems quick and easy. Sometimes My orders are out on time. Or Im waiting for a few more minutes. However.. Many times I have gone back. There has been a slight mistake. They dont give out the right amount of food as it says on the menu. There will be missing taco, or a burrito. I should have checked before leaving there drive through. My bad. Id get to where I need to be and have my lunch.. Like its a spa day! Id have a few stuff missing. I should have called and said something. I never did. I didnt have time to make that jesture. Otherwise. The food is good. Im only giving a 3 star. Due to the mistakes that has happened. Thanks for the Food and Service. Hopefully one day that orders will be correct and out on time (FingersCrossed)

The Taco Bell in Andover KS is a place I have went to for years. They have been solid in doing great work not only in making excellent food, but also in recent events practicing virus safety as well. They are very consistent, my food has very rarely ever been anything but great, and even on those rare times it was still pretty good. In fact I would say 99% of the time the staff here does fantastic work.
