It's a great place to do takeaway or eat in, they are friendly and serve decent food. Ordered 30 mins prior pickup and all was done by the time arrives to pickup. Even got free prawn crackers. Ignore yhe bad reqievs and give it a go, everyone restaurant have ups and downs and bad days.

Deliciously good value for money! The restaurant was super clean, beautifully decorated and had some very friendly attentive staff

Most importantly the food was delicious and highly recommend! A few negatives, first we were overlooked for ordering by a table that came in after us. We were not explained how the menu works. The plates for main service came out hot 20 minutes before food received so pointless having hot plates. We were not asked if we wanted further drinks. So from our experience the service staff were not as good as they should have been, but as I said, the food was delicious!

A lovely warm restaurant with very attentive service. So busy that we had to eat upstairs, which is a little quieter and lacks a bit of atmosphere. But generally lovely, and the food is great 👍🏻

We were visiting the Andover for a night away and went for evening meal, it’s a fixed priced menu, £21.95 per person and you can eat as much as you can fit in!
Crobra was £5.80 a pint.
The restaurant itself is very dark, buts it’s an old building. The do have air con so it was a nice temperature
The appetisers and duck was fantastic, the main courses were a bit of a let down.
Staff were friendly, service was quick.
We would return if in the area but would have seconds on the appetisers and duck.
