Genuinely don't think I've ever been anywhere as welcoming and friendly as this place. An absolute joy. Super accommodating of kids, great food and most of all the lovely staff. It feels like they're happy to have you there and nothing is too much trouble.
A group of 12 of us booked a table here for a meal as a leaving function. Situated right across from the bowling alley it was a great location meaning we didn’t have to move any cars about or travel anywhere.
The staff were very accommodating pushing our table back by 30 minutes so we could finish our bowling games.
The seating they had arranged for our large group was perfect with plenty of space and well laid out.
Ordering was easy from the menu with a decent variety of burgers and other chicken dishes. Military discount is also available which is another aspect that sold it for us.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had a great experience with lovely food.
Based on this experience I would recommend this place for a meal.
My wife is very picky with UK restaurants. She found this place to be very clean, with an excellent service, full of flavour with fresh ingredients, and a very clean establishment. A rare combination in her opinion. As a bonus, most meats were halal. We recommend for a quick grub!
Tonight our family went out for dinner for the first time together for a long time!
All 10 of us enjoyed a fantastic evening out at Frango Grill.

We have just visited for the first time and are thrilled with our experience. A clean, spacious and comfortable place. Super welcoming staff, especially the manager, who leads his staff from the front and clearly takes pride in making sure the customers are well taken care of. Exceptionally tasty food arrived in no more than 10 minutes from ordering and at very reasonable cost. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
Very warm, staff were friendly and professional. Food was delicious, served relatively quickly and there was so much.
The chefs clearly take care and are considerate while cooking with both quality and quantity on mind.

I had such a great experience here, the manager was very welcoming and very polite. From the prices to the quality of the food, it's genuinely a great budget place to take the family after the cinema or something like that. I thought it was better than other chicken restaurants I've eaten at👀.....sounds like Frangos 🤣.... I will certainly be coming back. 4 good sized, well cooked, various dishes for just over 50 quid.
First time in Andover. I was surprised how quiet it is. The restaurant had very similar menu/price as Nandos however the taste was quite different in a positive way.
