Terrible attitude of the store menager! She didnt even said how much i need to pay, she just pushed to me card reader without saying anything! Staff was making coffee while texting on the phone. Lacking any experience within customer service. There are better places than Costa in Motherwell.
Hello, I just went to this Costa and ordered a cappuccino and a sandwich. The tall boy there started to get mad at me because I was laughing while talking on the phone. He threw the sandwich in my face in disgust. I handed it back to him and didn't take it. He's very rude.
They were very very very busy and they were still so polite and friendly
Great service from David & Douglas tonight. Unfortunately my usual coffee shop shut early today but this was a good alternate.
Staff so friendly. My little boy wasn’t sure if he would like a Frappe so the girl a little bit of mine in a cup for a taster. He was so happy and he loved it - thanks xx
Honestly don't even know where to begin other than the fact that this Costa specifically in Motherwell needs shutting down. The staff are absolutely clueless, deaf, sloppy and cheeky. Who knows who the young woman today around 4pm serving, …
