Came here as my little one was keen. Never disappointed. Amazing service and oh so yummy burger. Asked for extra grilled mushrooms and they gave a whole plate. They know how to wow customers. 4 stars because of price. Shake for £5.75 and fries for £6 is crazy. Big portions but price too high. Nevertheless you will see me there again

Such lovely burgers, fries and milkshakes! It was my first time trying and the staff here are so friendly! They also give a very good portion size 😆

popped in to grab something for lunch - it's pricey, but the burgers are fantastic and as with any five-guys, they're very generous with the chips. folks working there were great.

The burger was amazing. I didn't realise it would be 2 burgers!! I also liked that the toppings were included and you can choose whichever you liked. I can't wait to try the fries next time. Oh and the free water was so cold I got brain freeze. Perfect for a hot summer day

Went in to see what the fuss is about, and if a cheese burger is worth £7+ The answer was it was one of the nicest dirty burgers I've had in a while. Nice flavour, lots of tasty meat and oddly no grease which I was fully expecting. Only gripe was the wait, in future I'd order ahead I'm use to cheaper competitors that are giving you your food in minutes. But it was worth waiting for. I was also surprised how clean they kept it there, will return.

Burger was awesome wasn't a fan of this place I tried in Portsmouth but this one was better and I didn't end up ordering far too many chips. If you've never been a medium chips will feed 3 they do portions weird.

when the food is cool, its easier to distinguish between different flavours and texture. Thank you for your patience and not nagging me about my order and let it cool down for hour. 5 stars

Absolutely outstanding food. Ordered on the app before we got there and sat in to eat. Was only ones inside so was nice n peaceful. Quite pricey but you get what you pay for. In this case very fresh ingredients and fresh meat. Add as much or as as less as you want to your burger. If your getting chips. Have 1 large between you and not each. They are a absolutely huge portion.

Nice burger but they burnt my sons bacon so he wouldn't eat his. Overall though nice food. Service could be friendlier

Had lunch here. I did think it rather expensive, but the chips were amazing! We had the normal and spicy ones between us. The cheeseburgers were apparently amazing and delicious. The milkshakes were awesome (oreo and biscoff) I'm a vegetarian and the only option for me was the veggie sandwich. It was disappointing.
