To the lovely gentleman working at the drive through this morning 13/4 just after 9am. I got to the drive through and after ordering my small long black realised that I had left my wallet at home. As I was leaving the drive through without my coffee, I heard someone yelling out, I looked up to see this lovely human passing me a coffee. Bless you! It made my morning! I’ll be sure to pay your kindness forward today.

I don't want to give this restaurant even one star. They got my order wrong 4 times and I had to check each time. In the end, the wrong item was in the package. The Angus burger had no veggies and no bacon at all! The waitress is freaking out. Unbelievable. It's the worst. You should do something about it.

Hi, I hope the management spots this review. I got myself a large fries and a small coke. Okay so the lid of the coke is not tight and it poured all over my car when I want to sip it. Secondly, the fries is tasteless and no salt at all. I am very disappointed and I thought I can have a good lunch before work. You and your team might have a bad day but please keep up the quality of work! Thank you!

Went inside as drive through was busy, burgers and fries all over the floor, asked the guy what was going on and he said upstairs weren’t packing items properly so they come down wrong and when busy they just throw them aside! Place looked like a complete rubbish bin, my meal just didn’t hit right! They need to fix the cleaning situation when it’s busy, dont let the floor and bins get so gross. Devalues the product when you see a bin full of burgers and a floor full of fries

The manager on tonight is an actual legend! Really goes above and beyond! 🙏 Edit to add: to all the people upset with wait times, they literally have signs explaining they are short staffed, just like every service job right now.. maybe if people were nicer to service staff there would be more working.

There may have great care with assembling the burger but by the time the staff have me the bag, the double big Mac looked like it went through a blender. The fries also had no salt. I gave this place 7 chances over the 12 months to at least be satisfactory but every second time I go there, the order is wrong in some way shape or form. One time, I waited for to 40 min for them to fix my drive through order only to give up, get to the car and open the box to find my burger rapidly disassembled itself. I don't know, I must be cursed but almost every other burger get there burgers looking perfectly fine. Sure they have a sign up that apologises for the slow order due to start shortages, but I'm happy to wait 40 min so they can get the order correct the first time but that's not even happening. The staff service is good, but the care factor of making the food is just below average. 2 stars

Very poor service. From the facade it looks clean and modern, however the experience proves me wrong. It's the worst Macdonald I had in Australia. I've been waiting for 25 mins to get my meals and kids happy meal. They have to serve drive through customer, sit in customers and uber eats etc. My kid found in the middle of the meal that the Apple juice is missing. From observation it looks they have understaff issue. Won't recommend.
