We have been ordering pizza to be delivered from Mancini's for a long time. However, last night was the last time we will EVER order from them again. The extra's that we had ordered were not added to the pizza, the dough was undercooked and practically inedible. The vegetarian pizza ordered was simply a mass of black olives with none of the other vegetables evident. My portofino was just simply awful. Never again - this is not the Mancini's of old and there is certainly a lack of customer service and personal touch that used to be there.

Good wood fired pizza is few and far between in Perth. These guys are up there with the best. Lots of variety and always plenty of taste. Aside from that, the customer service is second to none. One of our takeaway pizzas was wrong and the manager just offered us a free one next time. That's how to retain customers, great job guys and great pizza.

Worst tasting food ever! It took over an hour to arrive and when it did it was cold and tasteless. I ordered the chicken parmigana . It was processed chicken that was deep fried and it had actually melted the polystyrene container it was put in. No way am I going to eat that!!! The spaghetti bolognese had a strange taste and looked like it was made up of someone's leftovers. The lasagne had a huge hair in it. I am left disgusted and will never ever order from this place again. 😡

We waited over an hour and a half for the food to be an embarrassment. The chicken parmigiana was processed and melted to the foam container, the lasagna was cold and had a long black hair in it, the bottle of Sunkist was flat although appearing un opened. Absolutely avoid this place.

I ordered the Bianca. It had normal tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, there was 4 bits of basil (it looked like they had chopped up 1 leaf), the mozzarella was more like tasty cheese and the base was the same consistency as the box it came in

Two failed orders from this useless place. Tried to order pasta from them both times, once on a Friday night, once on a Sunday night, both via Menulog. Both times they cancelled due to "the inability to cook pasta that night". Seriously, boil some water!

Customer service was horrible when I walked in! One of the staff members were sleeping on one of the seats and my pasta had no taste at all! And to top it all off when I returned my food instead of a nice sorry the guy started an argument with me! Disgusting customer service!

Ordered via Uber eats.. arrived under cooked, missing extra ordered toppings and in a disheveled mess! Not usually a person to review but felt compelled after this experience.
