Got three different milkshakes today and all tasted the same. The taste of sugar syrup was over powering , seemed as if 1/2 a scoop of ice cream was added into a lot of milk. Last week I picked up exactly the same flavoured milkshakes and those tasted 💯 times better, hence I went back. I called and spoked to the lady and all I got was next time you can ask for more ice cream. Giving 1 star which I believe is still too much to give.

On Saturday night I took my 4yr niece to get ice cream. The lovely girl serving us with so patient while my niece made an ice cream decision. My chocolate and peanut butter ice cream was delicious! As we left and went out to the car park my niece unexpectedly started throwing up. She hadn’t mentioned she was feeling sick...what child wants to admit to that when ice cream is on offer!! I went back into the store, explained what had happened and to the two staff and asked for a bucket of water. Both staff were so compassionate and a credit to the store. The girl who originally served us said she will bring the bucket out and proceeded to try and wash the vomit away. At this stage my niece was crying for her mum, shivering and very embarrassed about leaving a mess as she like everything being clean. The staff member invited us back inside (she had stopped vomiting), offered her jacket and water. The second staff member helped as much as she could from behind the counter, offering serviettes and any water to help her. Honestly the compassion and assistance by both staff members made me feel supported. I love the fact these two went above and beyond to assist. Sadly my niece now says she will never eat ice cream again. She doesn’t understand it was a tummy bug and not the food. Hopefully that will change and she can go back to enjoying one of life’s pleasures!! The staff need to be recognised for the wonderful support and compassion shown to a customer. When babysitting and being faced with a 4yr old throwing up in a car park on a rainy winter night life isn’t fun! Your staff made a bad situation so much better.
