A lovely friendly cafe in the beautiful village of Ardington. 2nd visit today and I felt like an old friend. The full English breakfast here is superb, a good plateful and excellent value. Do not miss it!! 😊
My friend and I had a wonderful afternoon tea on Saturday at The Grocer Chef. The standard of the food was absolutely outstanding and the members of staff were all so lovely. I’ve paid much more for afternoon teas in other places but never had such a wonderful selection of sandwiches, scones and cak
Excellent breakfast, great coffee and milkshakes too. Lovely garden setting when fine. Always good cakes too.
We sat outside in the sun with a very pleasant drink and cake, the seating was comfortable and the place was very busy, able to cope with a large number of cyclists who arrived while we were there.

Only stopped for a flying visit, nice coffee and chocolate and orange cake, friendly staff, nice location and nice vibe.worth making an afternoon of it and visiting the Ardington Millennium Stones.
