Worst Pizza repeatedly specially after eating from other stores, DOMINOS TAKE SOME ACTION TO IMPROVE FOR GOD SAKE OR CLOSE THE SHOP. Given incorrect product upon asking decline to redo and no sorry boy name Bailey and Store manager Rodrick. Worst dominos experience 2nd time same store. Even asked store after placed an order to use little more care after our last experience but the pizza come out cheese and topping on one side other pizza completely different product. Worst he was not sorry and couldn't careless..no pride and don't care person name Bailey and Rodrick..sorry to see that.no pride in their work

Not among the best Domino's have had in Perth. They can do better; the pizza is always dry and not properly cut, the toppings are cut in big chunks and unevenly distributed, not well presented at all. They can really do better, after several terrible experiences, I avoided them for months, went back only last week hoping for a better management and service but the above was my experience.

I havent had their pizza yet. This is the review for the Honesty of their Team member who refunded me my full Money back. I recently moved to South australia and while I was getting my order placed online I had defficulty finding the right address and I somehow refreshed the page before placing order online but it ended up placing my order in WA instead of SA. The delivery man called me and I just didnt know what to do and how to get my money back but later I got a call from the store saying They will process the Rfull Refund after I told them what happend. I was Glad that they have Honest people working there who helps customers by going above and beyond. Thank you to 2 Team member of Armadale Store on 25/05/2022 around 12.30 to 1.30 WA times. I have come here today to say what OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PIZZA'S I have had recently from ADAM(Manager) LUKE and the TEAM from Domino's ARMADALE WA. A few months ago I vowed I wouldn't go here again after the rude, sloppy, unprofessional Service I received. I noticed the place always looked messy and unorganised also. I didn't go for a few months, and decided to give the place another try as I live nearby and was craving a Pizza lol. From the moment I rang and spoke with LUKE, I was blown away by the turn around in the fantastic professional manner he had over the phone, was so friendly, polite, somebody I would want if I had a Business. When I went to pick it up, I could see and feel the difference in the cleanliness, energy and professionalism and awesome Customer Service immediately. I told Luke that I was so happy with his Customer Service and the Pizza was also the best I have EVER had. I could see that the Team had changed since my last visit there. Was soo refreshing and actually made my night. The next time I went I spoke to ADAM on the phone, again, a professional, fantastic and awesome Customer Service experience. Pizza again was just soo delicious. I have now started going back there, and everytime I call, I get a fantastic professional response and awesome Pizza. ADAM and LUKE and your Team have really lifted the place, and turned my opinion of my last visit there totally around. To all the people who have had similar bad experiences few months ago, please try again as these guys are doing the place proud. I also rang and told the Owner how happy I was and to get consistent, friendly, professional Customer Service is precious...Keep up the awesome work and Pizza's, Adam, Luke and Crew ... 🙏Jane (Cheese, Pepperoni, Camembert Pizza lover 🙂)

Today my support worker went to DOMINOS ARMADALE to purchase 2 $5 pizzas as a very special treat for me. Firstly, she was treated by the Manager Ethan F, rudely and he wasn't helpful in anyway. I am on Disability Pension and it this is a very special treat for me. He tried to sell pizzas that weren't $5 and when she explained Ethan was not interested. Secondly, the pizzas to me weren't up to the standard of what DOMINOS used to be. All in all, I will NOT be getting anymore product from DOMINOS ARMADALE again. On reading previous comments - none good - if nothing is done to rectify the Armadale stores performance, then the good name of DOMINOS will be disgraced.

I rate this store very low for their quality and communication. I ordered for my family for dinner tonight and the pizzas were fine but when we opened the chicken kickers and the chips they were both burnt and not really edible (one of my family members had already started trying to eat them because they were hungry). I also didn't receive the garlic bread or the coke with my order that was delivered. I then rang the store and discussed all of the issues with them they asked me to send photos of the burnt food to a number so I did and never heard anything back so I called the store again which I was then told that they cannot send out fresh kickers and chips as they had already started to be eaten but they said they could send out the garlic bread and drink that had been missed in the delivery. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never be ordering from this Domino's franchise again.
