The staff is nice...but that is the only positive. I've been to this location several times prior to deciding to leave this review. 3x we dined inside and it was filthy. Every time I order online, I end up waiting 30+ minutes (after the app says its ready) for my food no matter how early I order ahead. At least every other time my order is not right which is frustrating when I pay extra. I sincerely hope someone steps in to get this place together eventually.

While this is a good place to eat because the employees are friendly and the food is good, this is not a good place to work at. I got taken advantage of here and got sent home for being upset at work because it was apparently “disrespectful.” Respect is a two-way street. As a previous review said about working here, while there are some managers that are really good here, some of the managers need to take management classes and learn some professionalism. I came from an out-of-state store and was treated very well there and I know this is not what Panera is about.

Let me start off by saying the staff is friendly. However in the last few months that's been the ONLY thing nice about this location.
Management seems to be only about profits and definitely not about customer service or customer satisfaction.
I've had a few instances in the last several months when I thought about writing a review because they substituted something in my order without asking, shorted me an item or canceled something without notifying me and not realizing until after I had left.
But today's instance warranted what should've been done a few months ago to inform others the Arnold location has went dramatically down hill. Don't waste your time or money here.
As a loyal customer, I use the Panera app often when placing my order for pickup. I placed an order for Father's Day breakfast on 06/18/22, 26 hours in advance to ensure what I needed was available when I arrived.
This morning 06/19/22, I received a voice-mail from Elise telling me my order I placed yesterday for pick-up today has been canceled. The reason.... they have no working ovens at the Arnold location, haven't had working ovens for the last 2 months and won't have working ovens for another 2 months. Yep you guessed it, everything you order at this location is nuked or brought in from the South County location.
How is it that a Panera restaurant can operate a store with no working ovens for at least 4 months? If I want a glorified microwave sandwich, I'll get a Hot Pocket.

Tried the chefs new Signature Chicken sandwich today that advertises Bursting with Flavor. It is anything but flavorful. The chicken was very dry and what i could choke down had very little flavor. Disappointed!

I order delivery from this location 2-3 week for breakfast or lunch. Have it delivered to my office. Usually a pretty smooth, quick experience. If you do have an issue though with the delivery, have fun. The process is a pain. They blame DoorDash, DoorDash blames them. You are stuck on the phone (while trying to work) while they figure it out :/

Missing ingredients in food. Ordered a hot tea...
I dont even know what exactly it is they gave me.... I'm gonna guess, tea mixed with coffee, cream, flavor and add a syrup like consistency....

Out of a lot of items. The food we did receive was wrong. Ordered a BLT received a chicken sandwich. Another friend ordered a salad with bacon. They we ran out however we placed another order before leaving and was able to add bacon to the sandwich.. not sure what is going on.

Worst ever, delivered over hr past first late time given, was completely wrong order no receipt I called store immediately they told me my order was sitting on the shelf for pick up!!! I could go get it for free which I was unable, why I ordered, or they would refund my money, I chose money. I never got the refund or the food!! This is 2nd time from them with no follow thru correction. Order delivery at your own risk
